DCL Introduces New RMA Management Module: ReturnTrak

FREMONT, CA, June 23, 2010 - DCL is pleased to announce the launch of ReturnTrak, a new RMA module which allows customers to completely manage all aspects of their backend returns processes. ReturnTrak has been successfully deployed and used by a number of customers over the past few months.

ReturnTrak enables client call center and customer support teams to generate returns authorization numbers automatically, determine conditions and dispositions, and categorize the type of return. A module within DCL's eFactory product suite, ReturnTrak seamlessly integrates outbound fulfillment data to the application, providing immediate lookup of original order data and generation of advance exchange orders if authorized.

Other benefits of ReturnTrak include:

  • Improved Efficiencies – Eliminates the manual process of customer-sent batched RMA files, typically prone with errors from missing or incomplete information.
  • Multiple Returns Options – Return types such as Advance Exchange, Return upon Receipt, Repair upon Receipt, Upgrades by Line, among many other options are supported, but more importantly the system will automatically trigger actions within the eFactory.
  • Data Mining – ReturnTrak allows users to pre-determine categories on the captured return data from end consumers such as product family and channel type, along with other custom fields.
