eFactory,
DCL's proprietary web-based application, powered by Oracle ERP software, provides
secure, real-time information on all activities in the DCL factory - shipping,
inventory, manufacturing and reverse logistics, among others. All aspects of DCL's
operational processes are tightly fused with IT, integrating all aspects of the
supply chain into one dynamic set of applications, extending a view of our factory
to all of our customers. The built-in business intelligence and analytical toolsets
provide insight that leads to more effective decision making, both for DCL and
our customers.
eFactory is organized into the following modules:
eFulfillment: order and shipping information with product tracking to live carriers
eInventory: inventory transactions and status from raw materials to finished goods

As an alternative to eFactory and our Oracle system, DCL can interface directly with customer ERP systems providing virtual support of product activities from our facilities. Some customers elect this method in order to support multiple suppliers on one system and to reduce processing times associated with synching to two disparate ERP solutions.
