Dear Friends and Customers, On behalf of DCL and our employees, I want to wish you all a very happy and safe holiday season. 2005 was a very good business year. We doubled our manufacturing and warehouse capacity with the addition of a 75,000 square foot facility in Southern California. We have added two major new customers as well as several other accounts. We moved aggressively to expand the logistics side of the business and have tripled fulfillment capacity at all of our facilities. In 2005 we also overhauled our website to be come more

for yourself. We also invested heavily in IT infrastructure and in the people
and hardware needed to participate in the eCommerce industry. As a result, DCL
can now provide website design, hosting, order processing and shipments directly
to our customers all from one point of contact. DCL has also implemented EDI with
major retailers. Finally, we have a team working on RFID. It will be a major focus
for us in 2006 with implementation for Walmart followed by other major distributors As we close the year, I want to thank you on behalf of the entire company for your friendship and business.
